Meet Katlyn, or just “Kat” if you prefer, our Growth Group Director.
Her leadership style is best described as “Make the plan, execute the plan, expect the plan to go off the rails, improvise.” Kat’s journey with Revolution began in college, where she served in various roles including the RevoKids, RevoYouth, and the Video Team.
Now, as Growth Group Director she is passionate about creating environments where people feel valued, heard, and equipped to live out Godly lives. She’s committed to helping people grow in their relationship with Christ and find healing through faith. Which is why she is also on the verge of wrapping up her M.Div studies to become a Pastoral Counselor.
At home, she’s the wife of a nerdy IT husband, Jacob, and the mom of an adorable toddler who loves Jesus and Pokemon. With a busy household that includes 9 pets, Kat balances her professional and personal life through prayer, a dash of humor, and a deep commitment to faith. When she’s not busy creating Growth Group Guides, providing Pastoral Counseling, or helping people connect with Christ, she dreams of having a farm with a garden, chickens, horses, pigs, and cows.
