Rachel is the RevoKids Associate Director at Revolution Church. She helps build fun, safe, and intentional environments where kids are introduced to Jesus in age-appropriate ways—meeting them right where they are—and where volunteers feel equipped, supported, and excited to show up.
With a background in early childhood education and professional development, Rachel brings both strategy and heart to kids ministry. She’s big on systems that work, teams that feel cared for, and ministry that doesn’t burn people out.
Rachel believes kids ministry is real kingdom work. It’s where faith starts forming, leaders are developed, and families begin to experience real community—often before they ever step into the main service.
When she’s not wrangling schedules, systems, or toddlers, Rachel loves sweet coffee, cozy vibes, and helping people find their place to belong—preferably with a little chaos, a lot of laughter, and zero pressure to have it all together.
